Residential Move

We're not your typical "moving company."

If you want a unique moving experience. One unmatched in customer experience. Whether moving around the corner or across town, upsizing or downsizing, we customize our services to meet your specific needs. When we finish, the truck is not only empty, the beds are made, the coffee pot is plugged in, and if you'll let us, all of the boxes are unpacked and the used materials recycled. We will even hang your pictures!

Our process starts with the Move Manager. This is a project manager who is your "go to" from the get-go, and is always present. If you have a question or request, you'll speak directly with the Move Manager for direct answers to your questions.

The Move Manager starts by mapping out a plan that will make your move go smoothly. He or she is of the greatest value to you when you let us take the ball and run with it from beginning to end. But we're happy to provide al a carte services too.

With more than 19 years in business, we've refined the best practices around moving. We'd love to bore you with the details and explain how we've formulated a plan for loading the truck from the beginning to end so that the move off the truck is as precise as clockwork. But most people don't want those kind of details. We do, however, want you to have a checklist of our capabilities.

When we say we can take your move from start to finish, here's what we mean:

  • Schedule move day(s) and other services leading up to move day —sorting, packing, storage, etc.

  • Review other services that will need to be informed of upcoming move (utilities, mail, cable/internet, security, garbage, pest, insurance, etc.)

  • Identify and schedule post move service needs: trash removal,
    estate sale, cleaning

  • Pre-move sorting, organizing, tagging contents for destination

  • Deliver packing supplies (boxes, paper, etc)

  • Pack and prep contents for move

  • Secure and schedule any special handling move services - grandfather clocks, pianos, fitness equipment, etc.

  • Obtain proper licensing and insurance

  • Unpack, organize and set up, remove boxes and all packing debris (for recycle or reuse)

  • Provide finishing touches; clean up of old and new space, take items to storage or to donate or consignment
